No. We offer mentorship for complete beginners all the way to advanced professionals. Your first session begins with an honest assessment of where you are, and we build from there.

What equipment will I be using during classes?

All classes take place in our private studio on Pioneer CDJ-3000 media players and the DJM-V10 6-channel mixer — the same rig you'll find at the world's top clubs and festivals.

How is the Sonic Spectrum curriculum different from online DJ courses?

Online courses teach you to follow instructions. Our mentorship teaches you to think. We focus on developing your ear, your instinct, and your identity as an artist — skills no YouTube video can give you.

How many sessions does it take to become a confident DJ?

Most students develop solid fundamentals within 4–8 sessions. Advanced performance mastery is an ongoing journey — but you'll feel the difference after your first class.

Do you teach specific genres like House, Techno, or Hip-Hop?

Yes. Our curriculum is genre-agnostic at the technical level, but we tailor the music selection and phrasing techniques to your primary genre so the lessons are immediately applicable to your sets.
